We ( are committed to providing you with quality microscopes and accessories at the best prices. However, if you should find the same product elsewhere for a lower price within 30 days after your purchase, we will gladly match our competitor's price.

- If you cancel your order before shipping, you will get 100% Money Back;
- After received the product(s), if you are not completely satisfied - for any reason - return the product to us within 14 days for a complete refund less shipping fees.

Our products and accessories are manufactured under the strict guidelines established by ISO 9001: 2000 Standards. All our products come with years of factory's warranty.

-1) Five Year Warranty for Microscopes - All our microscopes come with a five (5) year factory warranty against manufacturing defects, covering labor and parts.

2) One Year Warranty for Accessories - All our microscope accessories (CCD cameras, illuminators, dust covers, and etc.) come with a one (1) year warranty, except when specified in the description.

3) Warranty Services - We provide all the warranty services. Please feel free to contact us whenever you need help.

4) Buyers are responsible for round-way shipping cost for warranty services.

5) Warranty does not apply for consumable accessories and parts such as bulbs.

Return Policy

1) Returns On NEW items will not be accepted if seal is broken.
2) We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item if there is a mechanical issue under the following conditions:
-If Defective item is not repairable by our techs, Customer has an option of Replacement or Refund.
- Repairs or refunds and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
- If item has been opened and/or used, a 15% restocking fee will be applied for a refund or an exchange.
- A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts.
- A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise).

3) All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted.
4) We do not accept any returns without an RMA# provided by our customer service team.
5) All returns without RMA #s are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6) We do not offer price protection on any prior sales.
7) Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
8) Customer is responsible for shipping, shipping cost and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that you return shipments are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper/carrier or got damaged by carrier.
9) All defective merchandise may be returned back to us only within the 14 days of receipt. Misused or abused merchandise will not be accounted as defective.
10) Shipping cost (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery (include duties, taxes and customs fee if any).
